Real estate agent website design ideas

Greg Powell is a realtor with Keller Williams Realty Central Oregon serving Bend, Redmond, Sunriver, Sisters, Prineville and La Pine. His site pairs home search tools with a large library of buyer, seller and local-market resources.

The visual system is simple: white space, dark bands and an olive green accent, set against high desert photography. The content is the bigger story, and the blog is genuinely active rather than decorative.

The site co-brands with Keller Williams Realty Central Oregon in both header and footer, so the relationship is settled before you scroll. Every page then opens with a full-width photographic banner.

The homepage is long and varied, moving through new listings and open houses, a bio block, a newsletter signup, a mission statement, featured listings with beds, baths and price, a "LOCAL CITIES" section and testimonials with client photos. The olive accent is what keeps all of it reading as one site.

The realtor behind the website

The site makes one biographical claim and repeats it on the homepage and the about page: an extensive background in hospitality and hotel management, which he ties directly to understanding customer service.

His stated mission is about educating clients through the process, providing investment guidance, putting client needs first and communicating at every step. The resource library is that mission made literal.

Who this website is a good example for

  • Educators. A "Guides & Checklists" page, a separate "My eBOOKS" section, buyer and seller FAQ pages and an active blog. If your strategy is teaching rather than selling, this is the shape it takes.

  • Agents inside a brokerage. Co-branding with Keller Williams Realty Central Oregon is handled cleanly in header and footer without either mark getting lost.

  • Anyone covering scattered towns. Six city pages plus a "LOCAL CITIES" section handle a wide rural territory without stuffing the navigation.

  • Build a resource library people can use. "Guides & Checklists" holds a Moving Family Checklist, Refresh & Redesign, Declutter & Organize, Maintain & Protect, Plan & Prepare and a Bend Schools Family Guide, with a separate eBooks section alongside it.

  • Let visitors request what is missing. That page ends by asking if you have a specific checklist in mind and offering to create it. It turns a content gap into a conversation.

  • Connect education to a next step. "Staging Your Home" links to a staging eBook, the city pages link to local home searches, and "Pricing Your Home" sits in the seller navigation.

  • Give each town a page worth visiting. The Bend page carries school, utility and dining links, while Sunriver and Sisters describe local character before pointing at homes for sale.
