Open your Wix Editor or Wix Studio Editor
Click "Add Apps" in the left sidebar
Search for "Wix Donations" in the search bar
Click "Add to Site"
Once installed, a Donations page with a donation form and a Thank You page are added to your site automatically. You can delete, duplicate or rename the Donations page, or place the donation form widget anywhere else on your site from the Add panel under Payments. How to create your donation campaigns with Wix Donations

To create a donation campaign:
Navigate to Wix Donations in your site's dashboard
Click "Create Campaign"
Enter a campaign name (this will appear on checkout pages and in donor confirmation emails)
Optionally add a campaign image to visually represent your cause
Configure your campaign settings, described below
Donation frequency: Choose whether to offer one-time donations, recurring options (weekly, monthly, yearly) or both
Donation amounts: Set suggested contribution levels or allow donors to enter custom amounts. You can also add a short impact description next to each suggested amount.
Campaign goal: Establish fundraising targets with optional deadlines to create urgency
Notes from donors: Enable a field for donors to include personal messages with their contributions

If you run multiple fundraising initiatives, you'll need a separate donation page for each campaign:
Open the Pages panel in your editor
Hover over your existing Donations page, click the More Actions icon and click Duplicate
Click the donation form on the duplicated page, click "Choose Campaign" and pick a different campaign
To start fresh instead, create a new page from Donations Pages in the Pages panel

What is Wix Donations FAQ
Does Wix charge a fee for donations?
Wix Donations doesn't charge setup or usage fees. You do need a site plan that supports payments and a connected payment provider, and your provider's standard processing fees still apply, so check their fee structure before you launch.
Can donors set up recurring donations?
Yes. Campaigns can offer weekly, monthly or yearly giving alongside one-time contributions, as long as your payment method supports recurring payments. Weekly renews on the same weekday, monthly on the same date and yearly on the same day.
Can donors cancel a recurring donation themselves?
Yes. Donors log in to your site, go to My Subscription and cancel from there. Every recurring donation also appears under Subscriptions in your dashboard.
Can I send an invoice for every donation?
Yes. Turn on "Automatically create invoices for every new order paid online" in Checkout Settings. These invoices show a $0.00 balance because the donation is already paid.
Do I need to be a registered charity to accept donations?
To accept donations through Wix Payments, your cause needs to be registered as a charity in a country where Wix Payments is available, and you can't collect donations on behalf of someone else.
