For more complex cases, Juno highlights contacts that need special attention and gives you a short brief to guide your next step. A centralized panel displays all these suggestions in one place, and a simple overview shows how customers respond—and how much revenue these actions bring in.

This update is available on both desktop and mobile.

The booking calendar in the Wix app has a new look and feel, designed to help you see schedules clearly, add new sessions, and manage teams on the go. The new version is faster, more visual, and similar to the calendar you know from your site’s dashboard.

The new products catalog is built on an updated infrastructure to enhance performance, efficiency and scalability.

This new catalog introduces several powerful enhancements to streamline catalog management including:

• Variant-level management: Manage product properties at the variant level for more control

• Subcategories: Organize products with a multi-level hierarchy (e.g., Clothing → Women → Dresses → Summer Dresses)

• Product modifiers: Add custom options (e.g., gift wrap) without impacting inventory

• Rich content editor: Enhance product pages with formatted text, media, tables, files and more

• Unified catalog for digital and physical products: Manage different product types within the same catalog API, allowing future capabilities to support both product types

The new catalog is now available for all new sites that install Wix Stores. Existing sites will remain unchanged and will not get access to the new catalog for the time being.

HIPAA compliance covers everything from secure handling of client records and form submissions to payments and site communications. It also includes the option to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), which ensures that your US-based clients have fully HIPAA-compliant sites.

Add HIPAA compliance from the Compliance and Privacy tab in the Compliance, Privacy and Cookies page so your clients can manage sensitive data securely.

HIPAA compliance is available on Plus and higher plans.

Tap to Pay is available for merchants who have active Wix Payments accounts.

Experiences allows restaurants to create and sell unique dining events like chef’s tables, wine tastings, themed dinners and lunch menus alongside standard table reservations.

You and your clients can customize the rules for each experience, including schedule, duration, pricing, party size and capacity.

The Experiences list and page are also customizable, so you can design them to match your clients’ brands and promote special offerings without having to rely on Events, Bookings, or Forms as workarounds.

This feature can help your clients boost traffic, customer retention and revenue.
