In this video, we're going to show you how to create delivery profiles.
If you have groups of items that need custom regions and rates, you can do that with delivery profiles.
To get started, go to the settings page in the Wix dashboard.
Then go to shipping, delivery, and fulfillment.
Click on the actions menu at the top of the page and select create delivery profiles.
By default, you have a general profile with all of your items and the rates you already set up.
When you add new items to your site, they'll automatically be added to the general profile.
To add a profile for a specific group of items, first click on create new profile.
Then give your profile a name.
This name won't appear to your customers.
For this example, we'll name it Pick Up Only.
Now select the items you'd like to include in this profile by clicking add items.
You'll notice that all items are currently in the general profile.
When you add an item to a specific profile, it will be removed from the general profile, as each item can only be in one profile.
Select which items to add to the new profile you're creating and click Add items.
Now let's set up a region for this profile.
Click create region.
Then name the region and select the destinations.
The region's name is only for you.
Your customers won't see this.
Now let's add a rate.
We'll select pickup for this example.
If you've already created pickup locations, you can choose from them or create a new one.
Now that you've set up your profile, when customers in this region want to purchase these items, at checkout, they'll only see the option you defined.
In this case, they would only see the pickup option.
