When a supported booking appointment is cancelled, Slot Recovery checks whether the same slot is still available and selects one matching visitor from your consented waitlist. The visitor receives a time-limited email with a booking page link. If the slot is no longer available or a required readiness check is not current, the workflow stops. The dashboard shows readiness, recent cancellation workflows, alert status, and the next action for the site owner. Built and maintained by Satoshi Kuroda at KurodaLab. I make tools for small businesses, including appointment waitlists and customer approvals. September 2026: Added a Basic free plan and an interactive demo using sample data. The demo sends no emails and creates no bookings or payments.
