Event Capacity & Waitlist gives each event one total ticket limit across all of its ticket types, a waitlist for when it sells out, and a tickets-left counter. Selling early bird, standard and student tickets for a room with 60 seats? Set the total to 60. Every ticket type sells from the same pool, each type keeps its own limit, and orders are checked against the tickets left. Ticket groups let several types share one limit of their own, such as VIP across sales rounds. Show "12 of 60 tickets left", or what is left per ticket type, on the event page. When the event sells out, a "Join the waitlist" form appears on the event page. When tickets free up, the app reports who is next in line to your automations, so they can get an email. See everyone waiting in the dashboard and export to CSV. Pro adds a pre-sale list: before sales open, guests leave their email and can get a message when tickets go on sale. Pro also lets you message ticket holders by ticket type, or remind guests who chose manual payment. Set it up in the Tickets tab of any event. Turn shared capacity off and save before removing the app, so your own limits come back. Free covers 1 event. Pro covers all events.
