Shoppers request returns or exchanges on your site with their order number and checkout email, without a login. They choose items and quantities and see deadlines and final-sale exclusions before submitting. Failed lookups are rate-limited. Set rules, reasons, fees and return instructions. Approve or reject requests, add label links and tracking, and mark parcels received. At refund, choose each resellable item and quantity to restock; nothing is preselected. Amounts stay in the order currency, without conversion. Original-payment refunds require platform/provider eligibility. For manual refunds, send the money yourself; the app only records them. Gift-card credit requires configured native Gift Cards, platform currency eligibility and a currency with at most two decimal places. Not every currency/payment combination is supported. Exchanges create replacement orders; collect extra balances manually. The app does not buy labels. Status emails require your own active Automations.
