Create purchase orders with multiple products, import items by CSV, and search your catalogue by SKU to build orders without adding every item individually. Manage suppliers and delivery destinations, record payment terms and supplier references, and add freight, fees, or discounts. Receive full or partial deliveries, increase stock for linked products, and update product costs as goods arrive. Close partially filled orders while preserving receipt history. Record shipment details and tracking references manually, monitor overdue deliveries, and review order activity. Explore purchasing reports by date, supplier, status, and currency, then export them to CSV. Reports keep currencies separate without conversion. Stock updates apply to linked store products, not custom items. Product-cost updates require matching order and store currencies. Automatic carrier tracking is not included.
