From 19 June 2026, EU law (Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive) asks online shops selling to consumers to offer a withdrawal function: a clearly labelled button that lets a customer withdraw from a purchase online, confirm it, and receive an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium. EU Withdrawal Button adds exactly that to your site. Customers click “Withdraw from contract here”, enter their name, e-mail and order number, and confirm with “Confirm withdrawal here”. They see their statement on screen with the date and time, and get it by e-mail straight away, sent from your own site. In your dashboard you see every statement: reference, date, customer, order, whether the order was found and whether the e-mail went out. Mark each one received, accepted, refunded or rejected and keep notes. The statement itself stays exactly as sent. The button speaks English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish and Danish. Free. The app records and acknowledges statements; it does not decide whether a withdrawal is valid, and it is not legal advice.
