Business Email Only overview

Refuse free webmail addresses from providers worldwide on your forms
Block 9,000+ disposable and temporary email domains, subdomains included
Always allow or always block your own domains, and test any address first
Show your own message under the email field and see 30 days of refusals

Only accept business email addresses on your forms. It refuses free webmail and disposable addresses and shows your message under the email field so visitors can switch to a work address. Company domains pass, whoever hosts their mail. Made for B2B lead forms, quote and demo requests, and partner sign-ups. No list to build: 9,000+ disposable domains, 260+ free email domains from many countries and 100+ internet provider and mobile carrier domains are built in, each with its own switch. App updates keep them fresh. Always allow a partner domain or one address, and always block a competitor or an ending such as .ru. Test any address to see if it passes and why, before saving. Keep your existing forms, no code: pick a form and the email field is found for you. The dashboard counts refusals over 30 days, by reason. Visitors' addresses are never stored. The free plan protects one form with every list and rule. Pro protects all of your forms. Good to know: it works with the current Forms app, not the legacy one. It checks the domain, not the inbox. If a check is slow, the entry goes through.
