Instagram DM AI Automation overview

  • Answer Instagram DMs with AI trained on your website, files and FAQs
  • Capture leads in conversation and get alerts when customers need you
  • Reply in your customer's language, with live handover to your team
  • Connect your professional account and set up your AI agent without code
Turn Instagram DMs into helpful conversations, even when you're busy. Ultimo Bots learns from your website, files, products and FAQs, then answers incoming messages with knowledge of your business. Help customers explore what you offer, understand your services and find their next step, right in their DMs. Connect your Instagram professional account, add your content and choose how your agent should respond. No code or flowcharts. Test your agent before putting it to work. Capture contact details naturally in conversation. Get alerts for new chats, leads and handovers in-app or by email, Telegram and Slack. When a customer needs a person, take over in your shared inbox. Reply yourself, then return the conversation to the AI when you're ready. Your agent can answer in the customer's language, around the clock. Manage your knowledge, conversations and other supported channels in the same Ultimo Bots portal. Built by a certified Meta Tech Provider. Requires an Instagram professional account with messaging access. Automated replies follow Meta's messaging rules.
