Paket Labels for DHL connects your online store with DHL Paket in Germany, so customers can choose how they receive their order and you can prepare shipments from your dashboard. At checkout, customers can pick DHL home delivery or collection at a nearby DHL Postfiliale or Paketshop, located from the postcode they enter. You decide the price of each option and can offer free shipping above an order value you choose. Labels are created on your own DHL business customer contract, so your existing DHL rates continue to apply. When a label is created, the order is marked as fulfilled and the DHL tracking number is added to it, which lets your customer receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. The app is designed for merchants who already have a DHL business customer account with a billing number and a system user for the business customer portal. A test mode using DHL's sandbox lets you try the setup before printing real labels. The dashboard is available in English and German.
