Sodalitates helps studios, gyms and other businesses that sell memberships manage them from one dashboard. It works with the Pricing Plans app on your site: plans, purchases and charges stay there, and Sodalitates adds an editor and day-to-day follow-up. Create recurring, one-time or free plans with price, billing cycle, duration, free trial, setup fee, discounts, start date and purchase limits. A plan can include sessions of your booking services, unlimited or a set number per cycle, so members book without paying for each visit. See every subscriber with their plan, status, last payment and next charge. Pause, resume or cancel a subscription, or add one paid in cash or by transfer. The billing view lists recent and upcoming charges, flags failed payments and exports to CSV, with active members, estimated monthly recurring revenue and retention at the top. Recurring plans are charged through the payment provider connected to your site, and the app shows the providers in use. If Pricing Plans is not on your site yet, Sodalitates explains how to add it. Sodalitates installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
