Arvin adds an AI assistant to your website that answers visitor questions using the content of your own pages. It replies in the language the visitor writes in and links to the pages it drew from. When something isn't covered on your site, Arvin says so rather than guessing. Arvin can also help turn chats into business. If you turn on booking, visitors can pick an open time inside the chat based on the hours you set, and you can connect Google Calendar so existing commitments block those times. When a visitor would like to hear from a person, Arvin asks for their contact details and adds them to a leads board in your dashboard. You stay in control. Conversations appear in a shared inbox, and you or your team can join any chat live. Arvin pauses while you help and continues when you hand the conversation back. Getting started doesn't require code. Once the app is installed, you connect it to a free Arvin account from its page in your site's dashboard. Arvin prepares an assistant from your site's public pages and adds the chat to your site for you. You can adjust its knowledge, wording and look at any time.
