Every order becomes a row in your Notion or Airtable table
Rows update when orders are paid, fulfilled or canceled
Two-minute setup: paste a token, pick a page or base
Bring in your 100 most recent orders with one click
Rowly keeps a live table of your store's orders in the Notion workspace or Airtable base you already use. Each order gets a row with its number, date, customer, items, total, payment, fulfillment and status, plus a link back to the order in your dashboard. When an order is paid, fulfilled, refunded or canceled, its row changes within seconds. No exports, no copy and paste, no duplicates.
Setup takes two minutes: paste a Notion integration secret or an Airtable personal access token, choose a page or base, and Rowly creates an Orders table with every column ready. Press "Add recent orders" to bring in your latest 100.
The table is yours. Add your own columns, views, filters and notes next to any order; Rowly only updates the columns it created. Turn off customer names and emails if you'd rather keep them out of the table.
Free plan: 20 new orders a month, and orders already in your table keep updating. Pro: unlimited orders.
