MultiCal Busy Sync keeps staff booking availability accurate when calendars in one Google account are busy. Connect Google, choose the calendars to monitor, and select the staff schedule to protect. The app reads only free/busy time and creates opaque calendar blocks, so busy periods disappear from native booking availability. When a Google event changes or is removed, MultiCal Busy Sync creates the replacement block before removing the stale one, then checks the availability result. It never reads event titles, descriptions, attendees, or other event content. Pro supports Google Calendar free/busy synchronization for the configured staff schedule, including multiple selected calendars from one Google account.
