Shoppers enter a tracking number, or their order number and email, and see live carrier updates: current status, the full checkpoint history, and the route from origin to destination. No account to create, no digging for a confirmation email, no sending customers off to a carrier page covered in someone else's ads. Everything syncs from Stores on its own. Fulfill an order and the shipment appears, with no tracking numbers to copy anywhere. The carrier is identified from the number itself across a catalog of 300+ couriers, so there is nothing to set per shipment, and you can change it whenever you need to. The widget is yours to style: colors, fonts, heading and button sizes, corner radius. It should look like part of your store, not like an app bolted on. Your dashboard lists every shipment at a glance, each with a status timeline and the matching order beside it, so a customer question is answered in one screen. Buyer emails are never stored, only a salted hash used to match a lookup.
