When a member moves to a new pricing plan or buys a second one, the old plan can keep running and keep billing. Plan Switch Guard reads your site's pricing plan orders and lists the members who hold overlapping plans, with both orders side by side: when each was bought, when it started and what it costs. The same plan bought twice is always checked. For different plans, you choose which plans belong together, such as Basic, Standard and Premium, so that a membership and a class pack held at the same time are not flagged. An order is ended only when you press the button for that order and confirm it. Recurring orders end at the next payment date by default. The app never creates, pauses or refunds orders, and it never contacts members. It finds overlaps after a purchase and does not stop the purchase itself; the built-in purchase limit for pricing plans can stop the same plan being bought twice, and this app works alongside it. The free plan lists up to 20 overlaps a month and lets you end up to 3 orders a month. Pro removes both limits and tells the site owner about each new overlap with a dashboard notification.
