Automotus runs a car dealership or used-car lot on top of your own site. Every vehicle is a product in your store with its full sheet: VIN, plates, engine, mileage, condition grades, legal history, photos and price, so your website, your catalog and your sales team always see the same unit. Prospects live in your contacts and move through a pipeline made for car sales: first contact, test drive, quote, credit and sold. Each prospect is linked to the vehicle they want, and the team can call, message or schedule from the card. Test drives and workshop appointments are booked in your bookings calendar with real availability and staff assignment. From a vehicle you can quote, reserve, register a trade-in appraisal or open a workshop order with its reception checklist. An accepted quote becomes an order with payment in one step, and documents such as contracts are generated from your own templates. The analytics view adds up twelve months of sales and margin, inventory aging, brands, the prospect funnel and lead sources, all from your real data. Automotus installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. Interface in Spanish.
