When an order comes in, KeyFulfill assigns one unused key per item and shows it to the buyer right on the thank-you page, with a private link they can use to view their keys again anytime. Every key is delivered exactly once, so you can never accidentally send the same code twice. If a pool runs out, the order is held in a queue and filled automatically the moment you add more keys — no oversold orders, no angry emails. Low-stock alerts warn you before you run dry. Bind pools to a whole product or to a specific variant, so different license tiers get different keys. Need to fix a mistake? Revoke a key and hand the customer a fresh one in a click.
