Pro FAQ lets you build as many FAQ sections as your site needs and place each one on its own page or product. Each section has its own search that highlights matches, category tabs for grouping topics, and answers that can include formatting, links, lists, images and embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos. The widget is designed to match your site. Choose from five style presets, adjust font size, spacing, corner radius and every color, or inherit the site's own fonts and colors. Custom CSS is available for finer control, and the widget adds no badge or watermark on any plan. An optional floating help button gives visitors a help bubble on every page, with a slide-out panel, a welcome message, a notice banner for announcements and contact links for email, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram. In the dashboard you can see how often each question is opened and whether visitors found it helpful, import questions in bulk from a spreadsheet, export to CSV, duplicate an FAQ or map one FAQ per language for multilingual sites. FAQ structured data is included so search engines can understand your questions.
