KudoAsk Review Invites helps businesses ask their paying customers for a review in a consistent, courteous way. After a purchase, the app can send each customer one short email in your business's name, with a single button that opens your review page, so asking for feedback can become a routine part of each sale. The app adds a "Send a review request" action to your site's Automations, so requests can follow triggers you already use, such as a new order or a paid invoice. Your business name, review link, message and timing are managed on the KudoAsk page in your dashboard, which also shows an email preview and a log of sent requests and clicked links. KudoAsk is designed to follow the guidelines review platforms publish. Every customer receives the same message regardless of their experience, and messages offering rewards for reviews are not allowed. Each customer is asked at most once in 180 days, unsubscribes, bounces and spam complaints are respected automatically, and a customer's email address is removed once their request is sent. The free plan covers up to 50 review requests a month.
