Returns Portal gives your online store a self-service return and exchange page. Shoppers enter their order number and email, pick the items, say why, and choose a refund, an exchange for another size or color, or store credit. No account or login is needed. You decide what can come back. Set the return window, accept returns only for shipped orders, mark sale or digital items as final sale, and write your own reasons and return instructions. Every request lands in your dashboard, where you approve or decline it, add a return label and tracking, and mark the parcel as received. When it is time to settle, refund to the original payment, record a refund you made outside the store for cash or bank transfers, or issue a gift card as store credit. For every exchange, the app creates the replacement order and works out the price difference. Status updates can reach shoppers through your own Automations emails. Returns Portal works with both the classic and the new Stores catalog, and Aria can list, look up, approve or reject returns for you.
