MileCharge Worldwide helps service businesses automatically calculate and charge for travel based on real drivable road distance. Set your business location, choose miles or kilometres, define any included distance, set your price per mile or kilometre, and choose one-way or return journey pricing. MileCharge supports businesses worldwide with international addresses, metric and imperial distance units, and merchant-selected currencies including GBP, EUR, USD and other supported currencies. It does not perform foreign-exchange conversion, so the selected pricing currency should match the currency used at checkout. Customers can view an optional travel estimate before booking. At checkout, MileCharge recalculates using the customer’s authoritative booking address and adds one clear Travel charge. MileCharge prices drivable road travel only. If no valid road route can be established, it does not invent a distance or fee and can prevent checkout until reliable pricing is available.
