PaperOffice AI helps you check supplier invoices against the products in your online store. When you upload a supplier invoice in your site dashboard, the app reads the invoice data, such as supplier, invoice number, dates, totals and line items, and points out values that look missing or inconsistent. The line items are compared with your store catalog by item number. Items that are not in your catalog and unit prices that differ from the cost of goods you have stored are highlighted, so you can review them before the invoice is paid. As with any automated reading, important values should still be checked by a person. The app only reads your catalog and does not change your products, prices or orders. Invoices are kept in your PaperOffice AI workspace, so you can find them again later. When you remove the app from your site, its stored settings are deleted. Pricing: free to install and use with the free PaperOffice AI plan. Optional paid plans for higher volumes are available in your PaperOffice AI account. A PaperOffice AI account is required to connect the app.
