One Submission Per Email overview

Keep the forms you already have and stop repeat entries from the same email
Show your own message right under the email field when someone tries again
Allow one entry for good, or one every day, 7, 30, 90 or 365 days
Stop easy workarounds: capitals, spaces and, if you like, dot and +tag aliases

Limit your form to one submission per email address and stop duplicate entries before they reach your inbox. When someone submits again with an email that was already used, your own message appears under the email field and the duplicate is not saved. Keep the forms you already built: no rebuilding, no code, and visitors need no account. Choose the forms to protect and the email field is found for you. It fits giveaways, contests, registrations, job applications, surveys and waitlists. Choose how long an address stays used: for good, or 1, 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. Capitals and spaces are ignored, and the largest free provider's dots and +tags can count as one. From your dashboard, see entries per form, let one person submit again, or clear a form. Addresses are never stored, only one-way hashes on your own site. The free plan protects one form with every rule; Pro protects all of your forms. Good to know: it works with the current Forms app, not the legacy one. Counting starts once a form is protected. An address is used only once its submission is saved, so an unfinished payment never locks anyone out. If a check is slow, the entry goes through so your form never stops.
