Noa is booked and doesn't come, her reformer stays empty, and nobody who was waiting got her spot. With SmartPilot No-Show, minutes before class the instructor gets the attendance list on her phone and taps who's here, so the no-show is recorded on the spot. Next time, Noa gets an "Are you coming?" email the day before. One tap confirms, and if she can't make it, the booking is cancelled and the slot opens up for others. Every client gets a history of no-shows and late cancellations. When someone reaches the limit you set, you get an alert, or, if you choose, their new booking is cancelled automatically with your message. If nobody marks a session, everyone counts as attended, and attendance you mark in your booking calendar is picked up too. Emails go out from your own site, and the app works in 9 languages, right-to-left included. Requires the Bookings app.
