Create an onload function for images

In normal DOM javascript, images have an onload function that allows developers to run code when the image actually appears. At the moment, we have the option of doing something when the image is shown, but it takes time for the image to actually load the requested content after it is shown. This results in a period on loading screens where everything else is loaded, but the images still aren't. It's very frustrating that a simple DOM feature is simply impossible using a program like Velo.
