Corvid Developer role

Would it be possible to create a new premade contributor type "Corvid developer" with full access to the editor, corvid tools and secret manager.

Right now it's a pain to explain to the client how to add a secret in the secret manager, most of them don't even understand the concept are lost and feel that we (developer) should be managing that for them.
