Add API access to Wix FAQ app

Right now there is no way to link to an individual question within the Wix FAQ app. This would be very useful when referring a user to a specific FAQ item from somewhere else on the site. For example, we use the FAQ app as a way to store policies. Say a user is filling out a form for a permit; it would be great to link them to the relevant policy from the input form so they can understand how policy may apply to what they are requesting. This could be done by exposing the Wix FAQ database (read only) and then being able to populate a text field with the "question" content.
