What if an event I want to attend is full?
If the event is already full, select the sign up button on the session you wish to go to, then join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, we'll reach out to you.
What if I can't find a time that works for me?
If you can't find an event time that works for you, check out our webinars to find both live and on-demand sessions.
Is this free?
Yes, just sign up and join us.
If I want to attend more than one type of session, is there a recommended order?
There is no specific order, but we recommend starting with the onboarding session as it provides a broad overview of the whole platform. However, you can start with any workshop that fits your schedule and needs best.
Can I register for more than one person, and more than one event?
You can register for as many people as you want and attend as many events as you want, space permitting.
Keep in mind that there are two onboarding sessions, for Wix to Wix Studio and Editor X to Wix Studio. If you attend a second onboarding of the same platform, the content will be the same.
Can I attend events outside my city?
Of course, you are welcome to attend events in any location offered. All events in Berlin, Paris, Sao Paulo and Tokyo will be held in their local languages.
Where can I view and modify my ticket?
You can view and modify your ticket by going to your event confirmation email and clicking “ticket.” Once there, you can modify the amount of attendees and cancel your ticket by clicking
“Manage ticket”.
Do I need to prepare anything?
You do not need to prepare anything in advance, however there is a “prior knowledge” section in each session description. We recommend being familiar with these prior knowledge concepts before attending a session. We also encourage you to watch the Wix Studio Essentials course to get more comfortable with the platform, and there are also video tutorials available.
Should I bring my laptop?
Yes, please bring your laptop and all other accessories that you will need for the day, such as chargers, a mouse, headphones, etc, so you can build a website on Studio.
