Find out how to add a CAPTCHA to your site and finally find out what CAPTCHA actually stands for.

Ok, pop quiz. You’ve surely come up across a CAPTCHA test in your time browsing the web. But! Do you even know what CAPTCHA stands for?

Well, allow us to enlighten you. Completely Automated Public Turing Test to tell Computers and Humans Apart. Do you feel enlightened? Well you should. And with that out of the way, would you like to add a CAPTCHA system to your own site to keep spammers from, you know, spamming it?

Lucky for you we built an example where we added Google’s reCAPTCHA system to a Beta sign-up page. In our example, we are protecting access to a Beta, which is an important area of your site or business that you would want to keep secure and private and far away from spammers.

We're sure there are parts of your own business or web application that you want to protect from spammers. Google’s reCAPTCHA solution is one of the most popular by far, and Velo makes it easy to add to your site or application.

You can see all the details in the example or read more in the API Reference.

To try Velo, register here. Alternatively, if you already have a Wix site click Dev Mode and click Turn on Dev Mode.
