This month’s recommendation is an internet classic. Kottke.org was founded in 1998 by Jason Kottke, making it one of the oldest blogs on the web. For a little reference - it existed before Google did (!), making it one of the most influential websites out there, shaping the way social media was born and introducing many web concepts we take for granted nowadays.     

Even at the age of 27 it continues to act as an inexhaustible resource for inspiration, news, facts, ideas and knowledge. The topics Jason covers include art, technology, science, visual culture, design, music, cities, food, architecture, sports, nonsense, and current events, all filtered through his particular world view. There are always gems to be found there!
