My voyage into the realms of Yoga and Ayurveda commenced during my childhood within the confines of my home. With my father as a dedicated practitioner of these ancient disciplines, I imbibed their wisdom through observation and direct learning. After a decade of a fulfilling IT career, my quest for existential understanding led me to the authentic path of Yoga and Ayurveda.I have traveled to Himalayas and far-off places in India to gain knowledge and undergone extensive training under esteemed Gurus.I invite you to join me in this soul-awakening adventure

Ekta Minocha

Namaste, I am Ekta Minocha a Yoga teacher and retreat facilitator based in Rishikesh. My journey into yoga began seeking answers about my own health and wellness a decade ago. Enquiry into Yoga and holistic living has given me profound insights in my life.

Here in Rishikesh, I teach in yoga schools subjects like Anatomy and Pranayama. I find peace in guiding practitioners to their inner stillness through Asana formats of embodied movements, hatha yoga and yin yoga. A heartful welcome to you in this city of Yogis beside Mother Ganga who is an embodiment of spiritual knowledge.

Detail Itinerary

Day 0, 2025 - Fly to from US to Delhi, India and reach on 5th.

Day 1, 2025 - We’ll stay and rest one night in Delhi

Day 2, 2025 - Morning traspotation by TT (A luxury bus) from Delhi to Rishikesh. Its 4-5 hours of drive.

Day 2 to Day 4, 2025 - Stay in Rishikesh at Yog Niketan

Day 4 to Day 10 - Trasfer by TT( luxury bus) and stay at A Rudraksha Retreat center - Uttrakhand. Its 3 hours drive

Flight Recommondation

July 5, 2024 - Fly to Delhi,India and reach India by 1st day evening so we can pick you up and get you settled before dinner. Airport pick ups will be provided.

The affordable flight is Emirates from Miami to Delhi which for 22 hours stoppage at Dubai.The current rate is $1,100.I would suggest to book directly from the emirates website.We can also help you with your ticket booking.

After completing the retreat there are some near by places near Rishikesh which you can visit, like Haridwar, Varanasi, Agra(Taj Mahal),Jaipur.If you would like we can help you connect with a travel agent who can be your guide for the travel.
