Video Guidelines

Please follow the below guidelines when recording:

  1. Shoot your video using a camera, phone or through your webcam in landscape mode. Ensure the video is good quality, and we can hear and see you. Our recommended resolution is 1920 x 1080px.

  2. The video should be under 3 minutes. 

  3. Video files must be less than 1GB.

  4. Accepted file formats include AVI, MPEG, MPG, MPE, MP4, MKV, WebM, MOV, OGV, VOB, M4V, 3GP.

  5. You can record your video in English or any other language. If recording in another language you must embed English subtitles into your video.

What should I include in my video?

Briefly introduce yourself; tell us your name, a bit about yourself and where you’re based. Tell us about your client, how you came to work with them, what service you provided and how you bonded. Feel free to share any unique stories about your special relationship. Please don’t include any visual effects or client creative that you’ve worked on.
