MICHELLE is AMAZING!! I cannot say enough great words about her. I told her my complex problem I was trying to figure out for my wix website where I scoured the internet trying to figure it out on my own, even other developers told me it would be a huge effort in time and cost. In late December of 2022 we settled on $750 for Michelle Hall to write a custom code for my “product page”. I stressed that I DID NOT want graphics for individual products on my “product page”. She then offered to customize my entire website for $1,500; and, I paid her 50% ($750) via VENMO.
One day she emailed me a graphic in two styles, and ask me to pick one. At that time she requested, and I declined permission to hire someone to help her. A few days later she informed me that she had created 100 graphics for my products, and demanded another immediate payment of $450 - because she was investing too much time in my project.
When I questioned the wisdom of creating graphics for each of my (840) products, and sensing that she was under stress, I told her to forget about customizing my “entire website” and to just focus on my initial request of custom coding a “product page” that lists rows of products WITHOUT graphics, by product name, price and an “add to cart” button.
Even though she had not done any work on the custom coding for my “product pages”, she refused my very reasonable offer, and terminated her services without refunding me the prepaid $750.
In short, I trusted Michelle because she was referred to me by WIX. In view of the fact that I had outlined my needs, and I treated her with respect, she became unreasonable and combative. I’ve never complained about someone like this … but WIX and potential clients need to know my experience with her....

I am so surprised that a client would leave a dishonest review. Just about everything stated is just not true. Note that YOU ended the project. I was happy to continue, but wanted to be paid for the many hours of work that you asked me to do. Below, I will share actual communication from our emails that will validate the actual course of events:
Our Original agreement was to code your Wix Store for $750. However, I shared with you a website with a business exactly like yours that I felt would be a better looking and user friendly design. Below is the communication:

You requested that I design a new website. As stated, I put many hours into it. That’s fine if you want to design your own website, however, I need to be compensated for the work that I did. I cannot afford to work for free. Once compensated the $400 (which is a fraction of the work done), I’m happy to proceed.

Michelle was absolutely fantastic to work with. In less than a week we talked, went over ideas, and I had a whole new site just the way I hoped for. They are absolutely fantastic to work with--great communication, strong follow-up and very thoughtful and conscientious about what they do. I needed an already established website brought up to date and also make informational changes. Michelle was very helpful in reviewing and trouble shooting what may need to be changed and to correct aspects incorrectly done originally.
