Craig is nothing shy of incredible. I found Criag and immediately knew he was who I was going to work with on my website rebuild. Craig was really great to work with. He communicated well via e-mail and was timely in all his work and responses and kept me updated on his progress. He performed a website redesign and an SEO audit and upgrade. Craig's design was professional and stunning. He responded quickly to my change requests but his initial design was spot-on. I’m extremely disappointed with Hausman Graphics. Craig’s rebuild of my Wix site was minimal in improvement, and ongoing maintenance was poorly handled. Despite advertising maintenance as a key service, he was unresponsive and eventually told me to find another designer due to being too “busy”. This experience has been frustrating, delaying my project by two months. I cannot recommend Hausman Graphics based on my experience with Craig’s lack of reliability and commitment. ...

I appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.
We had an ongoing maintenance arrangement in place but due to budgeting issues you decided to cancel this. You then asked for website updates but my availability was limited hence why I recommended another designer - at this point you then posted this review which confuses me a little given how positive you were previously about the redesign project and ongoing updates.
If you could rethink the review I would really appreciate that.
