David brings the scientific precision and heritage techniques of a lifelong baker, while Shiree adds the artistic flair and bold flavor combinations she picked up during her culinary travels. He is the structure, she is the sweetness. Together, we’ve built this bakery to be an extension of our own home - a place where quality comes first, everyone is treated like a friend, and the butter is always plentiful.
