Elena Bellfleur grew up surrounded by dogs in rural Provence and pursued canine genetics at university. After years working with rescue organizations, she founded Bellfleur Paws to demonstrate that ethical breeding and animal welfare go hand in hand. Her mission is simple: create healthy, happy companions while educating families about responsible dog ownership.
