We've reached out several times, and it seems this review might have been intended for someone else. Regarding the hacking and billing issues with your Wix account, these are matters that Wix needs to address. However, we're more than happy to help coordinate with Wix support on your behalf.

Sloppy and still not fixed. Instead of Esty it still says Etsy. Also I found it odd my account was hacked by “Wix” and I had to cancel my card and go through all my bills and re enter my info. 

They were quick, courteous and knowledgeable.

As a technology entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience dating back to pre-Netscape days of the Internet, I can tell you the #1 mistake you can make is over-investing in technology before you get an MVP/MVF in-market and receive back validated learning.  Our assumptions can be and often are wrong.  This project, while incredibly important to me, is an MVP that I needed to get done for a reasonable cost and in-market ASAP to test my thesis.  I found S9 to be a partner who aligned to my MVP requirements and did so for a compelling budget.  Did I have to push them at time?  YES!  Did they deliver? Also YES!  Equally important I had the opportunity to work with people I like and respect.  The S9 team are good people who don't stop until it's done and done right.

As an owner of a small business, it pains me to write this review.  I loved the intake call with sales. They were charming and engaging and truly listened to what I needed.  The kickoff call didn't happen because of a vacation, and that is more than fine. The issue was I had to follow up and make sure it happend. I  frankly have requested all the communication. I have had to email for updates. A few things they said they could do easily on the first call and then they became hard. I understand that as well, they probably thought they could. I hired them in Mid July and its Mid October and they just have started to find work arounds for my issues.  I am disapointed, mainly because the higher up's knew of the issues and did nothing to step in and help. I reached out to higher level management and never heard back.  This company may have technical skills but don't use them if your time is valuable and you don't have time to chase someone you are paying to get work done.  Maybe this will cause them to get together and actually have some delivery processes that can help their organization.
