Coaction Collective: I’m currently partnering with Coaction Collective to migrate their website from Squarespace to Wix Studio. The initial phase of this project is focused on carefully replicating the existing site—preserving structure, content, and overall look and feel to ensure continuity and minimize disruption.

This phase prioritizes accuracy, stability, and functionality, allowing the team to move platforms without losing momentum or institutional knowledge. The site is being rebuilt in Wix Studio with a strong technical foundation to support future growth, improved workflows, and easier updates.

A second phase of the project will focus on thoughtful improvements and a more strategic rebuild, including enhanced structure, refined messaging, and design updates aligned with Coaction Collective’s evolving brand and goals.

Marketing Megan: I designed and built my own website, marketingmegan.com, as a strategic hub for my branding, web design, and digital marketing work. The site was intentionally designed to reflect my approach: clear, modern, and grounded in strategy rather than trends.

The project included brand positioning, messaging, UX and visual design, and a flexible site structure that supports both client services and evolving work. Built on Wix Studio, the site prioritizes clarity, accessibility, and ease of use—so potential clients can quickly understand what I offer, how I work, and whether we’re a good fit.

More than a portfolio, the site functions as a living system that evolves alongside my business, allowing me to test ideas, refine messaging, and model best practices for clients.

Dancers Over 40: I partnered with Dancers Over 40 (DO40), a national nonprofit supporting dancers over the age of 40, to redesign and modernize their website while honoring the organization’s history, community, and legacy.

A key part of this project was navigating a strong need for much of the site’s look, structure, and content to remain familiar to longtime members. My work focused on preserving what already worked while thoughtfully improving usability, organization, and visual consistency—ensuring the site felt both recognizable and more functional.

The rebuilt Wix site supports membership engagement, event promotion, fundraising, and storytelling, balancing archival content with a more contemporary, accessible experience. I continue to support Dancers Over 40 with ongoing updates, event pages, digital assets, and technical support as the organization evolves.

Project Sister: I partnered with Project Sister Family Services, a nonprofit serving survivors of sexual assault and abuse in the East San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys, to strengthen their website and overall digital presence in a way that centers safety, clarity, and accessibility.

My work focused on improving the site’s structure, messaging, and visual consistency to better support survivors, families, and community partners seeking services. This included website updates, content refinement, design enhancements, and ongoing collaboration to ensure the site reflects Project Sister’s mission while remaining easy to navigate during moments of urgency or crisis.

In addition to the website, I continue to support Project Sister with branding guidance, digital marketing assets, and communications support—helping the organization show up clearly, compassionately, and consistently across platforms.

RMFEC: I partnered with the Rocky Mountain Family Engagement Collective (RMFEC), a Statewide Family Engagement Center led by Keystone Policy Center, to design and build a comprehensive Wix website that supports educators, families, and community partners across Colorado.

This project included full website strategy, UX and visual design, content structure, and ongoing enhancements to support resource sharing, event promotion, and data tracking. The site was intentionally designed to balance accessibility, clarity, and scalability—making it easy for diverse audiences to find relevant information while supporting RMFEC’s growing body of work.

In addition to the website build, I continue to support RMFEC with print marketing, social media content, presentations, and ongoing site updates to ensure brand consistency and usability across platforms.
