Very pleasant and helpful guy. I was looking for a solution to my transaction fees. When informing me that an across the board fee will be added to "all payment types including eftpos, paypal, afterpay... etc etc" he didn't mention that it will also be added to cash... the assumption made on my end is that a standard fee would be added to my online payments. This was my first time looking for help, and I think a more full breakdown of how this works will help future clients. Thanks for the help tho
