I started my first business at the age of 24. I sold it three years later with the customary bumps and bruises of startup life. It was here where I learned the art of roll-up-your-sleeves marketing. I then decided to submit a business plan to Google. My idea ranked in the top 10 out of 400 applicants. Google funded my project and provided me with a rare opportunity to gain insight into best practice for building and growing brands.   I then packaged these skills, offering them to a range of clients via my digital marketing company that helps brands to innovate and scale. Many years after that first business exit, with a few more successful ventures under my belt – for clients and partners - I have further sharpened my ability to take a product, service or concept to market and breathe creative and commercial life into it.
