Engage at your discretion. Communication is very poor, have to keep repeating the same thing even for the simplest thing; email.

I had an amazing time working with EJ who helped built a website for my business. He is knowledgeable, patient and an absolute delight to partner with. I provided the rough concept and reference on how I wanted my website to be like and he just took it over from there. We also had various meetings online along the way just to finalize the concept, color, font and stuffs.

Singh is truly a nice, knowledgable, and accommodating guy. I had two websites, one in English and one in Portuguese, and he managed both, with a smile, at the same time. I was very pleased with the fact that he was able to build a site in a language he did not know. He was eager and very patient to wait and get all the info from me, on top of making changes when necessary. Joy is the word. Thank you....

I hired Joy Media Hub to assist me in building my very first website for my retail
business through Wix. I do not have much background in tech or media and boy did I learn a lot from this process.
Ekjot w/ Joy Media Hub was there every step of the way. He was very clear when explaining what he could do for us, as well as, seemed to be available to help me no matter what time. (Our time zones couldn't be more opposite, but EJ made it extremely convenient and easy to communicate via text, google meet, email).
I was so pleased with EJ reaching out weekly, sometimes every couple of days to ensure I didn't have any questions or concerns. He took initiative when there were times I needed some guidance. EJ was incredibly knowledgeable in media and tech. If he wasn't sure on something, he was honest and returned back to me with an answer within a matter of hours - however this was rare as he is extremely well-versed in the subject. I can't express into words how much I appreciate his dedication, kindness & constant professionalism.
My site is up and running right on time for the fall market, exactly what my timeline needed. The site is beautiful, user friendly, and tailored to what is best for my business. Thank you so much, Joy Media, EJ & team...
