Jacki is the best. She is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She did such an amazing job of literally holding my hand as we transferred my entire business over to the Wix platform. I could not have done it without her. There was more than one occasion I was so overwhelmed and frustrated and she was able to put me at ease and find solutions to ever problem so I did not have to worry.
