didn't really do what i needed but oh well, seems i still had to pay his fee. i need a whole website with built in software and to stop paying for my 3rd party one. instead, he added the same link to it ..........

At first, I was excited to work with Erin. Then, I started to see that he acquired poor communication skills, a lack of time management & was not empathetic to my issues. I was told that my site would be completed on a certain day & it wasn’t. I was given excuses and then after a couple weeks, his wife took over and I had to work with her. Her service was only 30% better. All in all, they did a decent job on my site, but I help with entering some of the data and pictures AND typing up the policies and stuff. Anywho, I probably will not recommend them to anyone, ever, just based off of my business experience. Seem like pretty nice people personally....

Ericka was FABULOUS! I requested a quote in the late hours on a Friday. She called me early Saturday morning, listened to what I needed, quoted a reasonable price, and by 11am that same day she had it done! Excellent communication, superb service, very sweet person. We did not work with ER Digital Marketing - we found their portfolio to be unimpressive and their emails to be aggressive. Yet they marked our project as complete and solicited a review. I do not know why a company would ask for a review regarding non-existent work/for work they did not perform. It seems an underhanded business practice....
