Wix Media was an absolute JOY to work with and can't recommend them enough! They went above and beyond our expectations and helping us with some technical setup of some forms and collecting dynamic pages and dynamic page datasets. They were very patient in working with our organization and our various questions and resolved everything in a timely manner. Even willing to get on calls with us to clarify or show us how things work. Wix media originally quoted an acceptable price for my project. I was happy to pay it. I think Wix Media probably lost money on the project because it took extra time to solve it. But they stuck with me nonetheless and did a grand job. I'm quite satisfied. I'd use them again should I have another job....

I had a small problem with my site. I contacted wix and received an unsuccessful service. After another two days of waiting for Wix's support service, I decided to contact professional help.
A guy named Oz contacted me on private and within only 10 minutes sorted out the problem on the website for free.
