I found that they may provide good service for the first three months to get good feedback and lock in a contract, but quality drastically drops after that.
I've spent nearly $15,000 on their services of marketing and SEO, but my company will not even show up on the first five pages, even if you search the exact company name. Talk about terrible SEO, this is unacceptable.
They'll promise you many things on the onboarding call but they won't deliver. Yes, your website will get views and impressions which may fool people, but after doing my own investigation, the majority of these people will be robots to artifically inflate metrics. This is shown by the nonsensical emails you will receive in your inbox from "customers." This makes your website even worse than before.
I wish I could have my ~$15,000 back. If anything, my business is doing worse now. Very dissapointed....

I have only had the initial interview but what they presented were answers to the problems that I realized I needed help with. I knew there were things that needed to be done, but not how to go about it....

I would not recommendation adapting social due to poor communication and poor execution. I think they can do a better job, but it seems their employees do not care much about the client after signing them up....

Very patient and understanding and they treat you like family. Very knowledgeable with deep insights into the issues you face on the Web. Eveyone I've dealt with in the organization has bent over backwards to make me feel welcome. I cannot recommend them enough....

Talk is very expensive with Adapting Social. Would do projects but never increase visitors to the website. Did 4 projects in a year and never help to increase visitors to the website. The cost of the projects seem good but never produce anything so it was a waist of money. Redesign the website and it looked good but never brought any visitors....
