Eitan has over 19 years experience in formulating and leading the legal and compliance aspects of technology companies active in international markets.

 

Since Wix was founded in 2006, Eitan acted as its external legal counsel. In this capacity he also spearheaded all of the legal work surrounding Wix's IPO, after which he joined the company at the beginning of 2014 as its VP & General Counsel.

 

Prior to joining Wix, Eitan was the founding partner of an Israeli law firm focusing on corporate, M&A, technology and compliance and was involved in international transactions of leading hi-tech Israeli companies including acquisitions, private placements and public offerings.
