Hello!
I have a client who up until recently was using the database to log and display events on their website (they are a festival). However they found that the database wasn’t suiting their needs. They wanted to use the Wix Events App instead but require the ability for site users to be able to filter and sort functions as you would on the Wix Store App - it’s really sad that this feature isn’t on the Wix Events App as it would be a great addition.
Anyway, they asked if they could use the Store App instead to log events - the issue with this is that they have an external box office that they use, so users would need to be able to click onto a link which would then take them to another website for them to book their tickets. Of course, you can’t change the link on the Store app.
So is there a way I could add/code a sort and filter function to the Wix Events App? Or alternatively, change the link on the Store app. I need to think of something quick as they aren’t happy with their options and considering moving to Wordpress which is fine, but I do enjoy using Wix for its design flexibility.
Any ideas or advice would be greatly welcomed.
